So you’ve decided to trade tradition for an adventure and elope in the pnw?

So you’ve decided to trade tradition for an adventure and elope in the pnw?

You know your elopement day is about more than just the photos.

You want something immersive and intentional. A day where the landscape makes you feel small in the best way, and the experience matters just as much as the memories captured.

Maybe that looks like playing card games by a fire on a quiet beach as the sun sets over the ocean. Or sharing a hot cup of coffee while the sun rises over snow covered peaks.

Your day isn’t just about how it looks.
It’s about how it feels to live it.

Maybe that looks like playing card games by a fire on a quiet beach as the sun sets over the ocean. Or sharing a hot cup of coffee while the sun rises over snow covered peaks.

Your day isn’t just about how it looks.
It’s about how it feels to live it.

But when you throw tradition to the wind, what does a ‘non-wedding’ wedding day even look like?

You don’t have to turn your dream into reality on your own.

I’m here to guide you through every step of the way.

I did the big traditional wedding myself.

I planned the entire thing based on the perfect, trendy Pinterest board with my guest’s experience as the main focus while my partner and I were just an afterthought.

But you already know that the day you get married isn’t about the florals or the linens or making sure Great Aunt Sara’s best friend is invited. Instead you want a day where you get to show up as nothing other than yourselves and experience each moment together.

On your elopement day, all you want is to feel like nothing other than yourself. That’s why I help couples plan days that are just as unique as they are. A day that isn’t centered around the material details, but around the quiet moments and shared laughter. And when you think back on it you think “We wouldn't have gotten married any other way."

I regretted my own wedding...

Here’s how I take the stress out of your elopement and craft the adventure you deserve

The planning

I’m here to be your boots on the ground, personal google for all things elopements, and problem solver.

Living in a van means that places where people only vacation are my home. I know them like the back of my hand and can give the best recommendations for locations, vendors, and things to do so your day is nothing short of “you” in every aspect.

Let’s be honest, you’re here because you want a truly one of a kind adventure, not the perfectly instagrammable spots that everyone visits on their elopement day.

I’m not going to be the only part of your day. Where you wake up in the morning and people like hair and makeup artists, private chefs, and florists all play a crucial role in your day and I’ll make sure you work with some of the best in the industry!

You’re likely traveling from states away to elope which means your elopement day isn’t just about the day of, but your whole trip - I’ll recommend the easiest way to get here, must do things in the area, places to eat, and anything else to make sure your whole trip is as memorable as possible.

Every location is different which means that you need to know and pack different things for the best experience, these guides go into the nitty gritty and things you may not have even thought about!

With unlimited planning calls and direct access, I’m here whenever inspiration (or questions) strike!

The Experience

No officiant? No problem, I’m ordained. I’ll also help you through every step of the permit process so there’s no guesswork.

I’m really bad at math, which means that all of your travel & expenses are covered to make it easier and more stress free on both of us.

Let’s be honest, you’re going to want to see photos of your day ASAP. I share 40 - 60 photos within 3 days of your elopement so you can share your adventure with your loved ones… And hang them on your wall.

You'll receive your full gallery within two months of your elopement

How To Plan an Epic Redwoods Elopement

"We wanted something adventurous, intimate, and deeply personal, and Gabbi was the perfect guide to help us bring that vision to life."
                        - Connor & Allison

"My husband and I always knew a traditional wedding wasn’t for us. We wanted something adventurous, intimate, and deeply personal and Gabbi was the perfect guide to bring that vision to life. From the very beginning, she helped us find the most breathtaking locations in the Redwoods and created an experience that felt completely us. Her knowledge made the entire process feel effortless and stress-free.

On our wedding day, she was calm, prepared, and so easy to be around. She kept everything flowing while making sure we felt present in every moment. Being in front of the camera felt natural with her, and she captured our day with so much care and creativity.

And the photos… we were completely blown away. Each one tells the story of our day so beautifully. Gabbi didn’t just document our wedding - she captured who we are. We’ll treasure these memories forever."

You have questions. I have answers.

I recommend planning your elopement about 8 months to a year in advance but I’ve also planned elopements as quickly as a few weeks out. This allows enough time to secure any required permit and book vendors who often fill their calendars 6 - 8 months out. Giving yourselves more time also means more freedom to thoughtfully craft a day that feels truly intentional and unique to you.

And if you’re planning on a shorter timeline, don’t worry elopements can be surprisingly flexible.

I have good news - you don’t have to choose between an incredible elopement and having your people there to celebrate with you. You can absolutely have both. Many couples spend part of the day adventuring together, then meet up with family and friends later for a ceremony and celebration.
If you do include loved ones, I always recommend carving out a private moment to share personal vows with each other. It gives you a quiet space to be nothing but yourselves before the celebration begins.

Wear it, even if that means hiking in it! Dresses are tougher than people think, and a little dirt just becomes part of the story. Those marks will always be a tangible reminder of the incredible way you chose to celebrate saying “I do.”
And if you’d rather, you can always pack your dress in and change before your ceremony or photos

But hear me out… Just think about how bad ass you would look hiking in a wedding dress.

Ah yes, the dreaded “P word.” Permits can feel overwhelming but don’t worry, that’s where I come in. I help guide you through the permit paperwork so you can focus on the fun parts of planning your day.

What real couples had to say about the GRP experience.

Melody & Mitchell

"From the moment I reached out to Gabbi, I knew I had found someone truly special. She is so much more than an elopement photographer — she’s a planner, a guide, a calming presence, and above all, a genuine soul who truly cares.

Gabbi didn’t just show up with a camera — she was with me every step of the way. She helped plan the timeline, offered thoughtful location ideas, and met with me multiple times to make sure I felt completely prepared. Her attention to detail and dedication to a smooth, stress-free experience made all the difference.

What stood out most was how she made me feel. From the start, Gabbi treated me like a close friend rather than just another client. Her warmth, kindness, and passion are undeniable, and it shows in every photo she captures.

Gabbi has a rare gift — she doesn’t just capture moments, she tells a story. Looking at our photos brings every emotion rushing back. I can’t thank her enough for the memories we’ll cherish forever.

If you’re looking for someone who is talented, creative, compassionate, and truly amazing at what they do — Gabbi is your person. I feel so lucky to have had her by my side. 💛"

"GABBI!!!

THESE PHOTOS AND MEMORIES!!
“Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so memorable and so perfect. Looking back at these photos, reliving our entire trip and this perfect day… it’s an experience that was so perfect for us and it was truly the best day.
The talent that you have as a photographer but as a human, making us feel so comfortable and always keeping the vibes high. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of the area and of course knowledge of the redwoods— my science/environmental brain was so happy.
Mick and I can’t express enough how grateful we are for all the work and effort you put into making these days so special for all of your clients. We left truly feeling like we gained a friend. And once again… these photos?!?!?? Insane!
I will never stop recommending you and this experience. We love you and everything you are doing for people."

MICHELLE & TREVOR

"Gabbi was beyond incredible from start to finish!! She asked questions, listened, and helped to capture exactly what we wanted out of our elopement day. She helped guide us on locations, timing, permits, requirements, local spots, and everything else we could have needed for our perfect wedding/elopement day! She captured us and the beautiful Redwoods and Oregon coast backdrops better than we could have ever hoped for. I truly cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Gabbi for everything, you were so wonderful!!!"
